Terms of Use

1. Our agreement

These terms govern your use of PUF: Jelly Light Puzzle and the PUF website, provided by MOBOVER DIJITAL HIZMETLER ANONIM SIRKETI (“Mobover”, “we”, “us”), a company in Türkiye. By using these services, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, stop using them.

You must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum age applicable in your country. If you are below the age of legal majority, a parent or guardian must review and approve these terms and your use of PUF where required. Your rights under mandatory consumer and privacy laws always apply.

2. Playing PUF

We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PUF for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment on devices you are entitled to use, subject to these terms and the relevant app store rules.

Keep your device and app reasonably up to date. Local progress may be lost if you clear app storage, uninstall the game, change devices or restore a backup. PUF does not currently provide a cloud save or progress recovery account. We cannot promise to recover data we do not hold.

Please use our services lawfully. Do not distribute malicious software, attack or overload our services, attempt unauthorized access, infringe intellectual property rights, or impersonate our team. Do not resell or redistribute the game or its assets without permission. Restrictions on modification or reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by law; they do not remove rights that the law expressly gives you.

3. Ownership and sharing

PUF’s software, artwork, audio, branding and other content belong to Mobover or their respective licensors. Playing the game does not transfer ownership of them to you.

You may share your own gameplay screenshots and videos, including reviews and streams, provided you do not falsely imply endorsement, redistribute standalone game assets or violate another person’s rights. This permission does not grant a license to use our branding for another product.

If you send feedback, you allow us to use that feedback to improve PUF without an obligation to compensate you. You keep ownership of any rights you have in your feedback. Please do not submit confidential material or information belonging to someone else.

4. Advertising, purchases and privacy

PUF may show third-party advertisements at natural breaks between puzzles. Advertising availability and content depend on our providers, your privacy choices and applicable requirements. An advertisement is not our endorsement of the advertiser’s product or service. External websites and offers have their own terms and privacy policies.

PUF offers an optional, one-time, non-consumable No Ads purchase through Apple App Store or Google Play. It removes automatic ad breaks; optional rewarded videos remain available only when you choose to watch them. This purchase is not a subscription and has no recurring charge. The store shows your local price before you confirm payment. Purchases are processed by the store under its applicable terms and refund rules, without limiting your mandatory consumer rights. RevenueCat helps us validate the purchase and maintain your ad-free access. You can use Restore purchases in the No Ads window with the same store account; a purchase in one store does not automatically transfer to another store. Local puzzle progress is separate from the purchase. A refunded or revoked purchase may end ad-free access. Your device, internet connection and any related carrier charges remain your responsibility.

Our Privacy Policy explains information use and privacy choices. Agreeing to these terms does not enable optional analytics, crash reporting or personalized advertising; those choices are handled separately.

5. Updates and availability

We may fix bugs, adjust levels or change features to maintain and improve PUF. Some updates may be required for compatibility or security. We will provide appropriate notice of material changes where required by law. We do not guarantee that every feature, device or operating system will be supported indefinitely.

You may stop using PUF at any time. We may restrict access to online services for a serious breach of these terms, a security threat or a legal requirement. Where practical and appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us. If a service is discontinued, we will give notice where reasonably possible and respect any legal obligations.

6. Our responsibility

We aim to provide an enjoyable and reliable game, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided as available, without additional promises about fitness for a particular purpose. This does not exclude statutory quality guarantees or remedies.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, business losses from personal use, or issues caused by misuse or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We do not exclude or limit responsibility for fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

Nothing in these terms requires you to waive mandatory consumer rights, accept binding arbitration or give up rights to bring claims that the law protects.

7. Applicable law, changes and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without removing mandatory protections or rights to use courts or authorities available to you under the laws of your place of residence. Please contact us first if something goes wrong so we can try to resolve it; this is not a restriction on your legal remedies.

We will publish revised terms with an updated date and provide appropriate notice of material changes. Where the law requires agreement to new terms, we will seek it. A provision that is found unenforceable will apply only to the extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
